The Apartment

This apartment, on a lovely quiet development in Thea Court, Kapparis is the ideal location for families and couples who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday yet be near enough to the lively resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras to enjoy the nightlife and attractions there. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in two air-conditioned bedrooms ( four single). There is one sofa twin bed in the lounge. A travel cot is provided for babies. There are two swimming pools with showers and changing blocks. The apartment is in a small block and is situated on the second floor. An elevator to the door allows wheelchair access and there is a covered parking space. The apartment benefits from a large balcony which enjoys Seaview . However balcony is covered to provide welcome shade for the really hot summer months. There is a large outdoor dining table which seats six people. Wi-fi is available. TV stations include all the popular satellite channels and movies are available in many different languages - free of charge.

My family and I have been regular visitors of Protaras for many years. We love Potaras and decided to buy an apartment in Kapparis. As Kapparis is an all year round resort the apartment is ideal for longer-term, out of season rentals and special rates can be negotiated. Fireman's Cove and beach is just 450 metres away. Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire there. The beach has changing rooms, showers and toilets. A well-positioned cafe with scenic views provides a range of snacks, meals and drinks. The beautiful Malama Cove and beach is just 800 metres away. Water sports are available at this beach. There is also a cafe/bar with amazing views of the cove and beach. The cafe offers good food and live music during the summer months
